Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By submitting a registration, attending the event, or using a QR entry pass, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full on behalf of yourself and every person you register. If you do not agree, do not register or attend.

2. Registration & entry

• Registration is a request, not a confirmed booking. Every registration is subject to review and approval by the organisers, at their sole discretion, and to seating availability.
• The emailed QR code is the sole entry pass. Entry is permitted only against a valid, unused QR scanned at the gate. Screenshots and forwards of a QR already used will be refused.
• A group QR admits at most the number of people approved for that booking, across all its QR codes combined.
• The organisers may request photo ID to match a booking.
• Right of admission is reserved. The organisers may refuse entry or require any attendee to leave, without reason or refund of any kind.
• Gates close at the published time. Late arrivals may be refused entry regardless of a valid pass. No re-entry once you exit.
• Registrations are non-transferable. Sale, resale, or exchange of passes for consideration is prohibited and voids the pass.
• Providing false, misleading, or another person's information voids the registration.
• Children: children below 2 years are not permitted in the auditorium. Registration is required for children above 5 years. Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adults.

3. Conduct & safety

• Attendees must follow the instructions of organisers, venue staff, and security at all times.
• Weapons, hazardous materials, intoxicants, and any item the organisers or venue deem unsafe are prohibited. Bags may be checked.
• Disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour will result in removal without refund and may be reported to authorities.
• Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adults at all times.

4. Photography & recording

The event may be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and grant Friends of Tribals Society a perpetual, royalty-free right to use such material for its charitable, archival, and promotional purposes, in any medium, without compensation.

5. Changes & cancellation

The organisers may change the programme, artists, timings, or venue, or postpone or cancel the event, for any reason including force majeure (weather, safety, regulatory direction, or circumstances beyond reasonable control). The organisers' liability in such cases is limited to communicating the change; no compensation is payable. Entry is free of charge, and no monetary refund obligations arise.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friends of Tribals Society, its volunteers, sponsors, and the venue are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, theft, or expense suffered at or in connection with the event, except where caused by proven gross negligence. Attendees enter at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings, vehicles, and travel.

7. Your data

The details you submit (names, email, mobile numbers) are used solely to process your registration, verify your email, issue and scan entry passes, communicate about this event, and maintain attendance records. Referral names are used for internal coordination. Data is not sold or shared with third parties beyond the service providers needed to operate registration (email delivery, hosting). You may request correction or deletion of your data by writing to the contact below; data needed for security or legal records may be retained.

8. General

• These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Kolkata have exclusive jurisdiction.
• If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
• The organisers may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of the event applies.
